🎨 CUSTOMIZATION MADE SIMPLE

1. In the text box provided, include the exact message that you would like surrounding the photo. If you want specific text to be on top and specific text to be on bottom of the image, please indicate what you want on the top and what you want on the bottom. If you do not indicate this, we will split the text to make it as even as possible around the photo.

2. After placing your order, immediately send an email to maddie@laviebien.com with a high quality resolution photo. If you would like the photo subject cropped as you see the dog is cropped on the mock-up image, indicate what should be cropped, otherwise, the photo will be printed as it is provided in the attachment!

3. If you would like a mock-up of the sweatshirt before it gets sent to our printer, please indicate this in your email with the photo. If you do not request a mock-up, the sweatshirt will be sent to the printer automatically.

4. Mockups will be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed. You must approve the mock-up within 24 hours of it being sent to your inbox. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we will attempt to reach out to you. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will automatically send your order to production.
